Known as the creative powerhouse, Franzi looks for new possibilities beyond the known boundaries of design. She believes humanity can move mountains when the right people come together to shape and design the future of our society. Franzi is the creative director with global experience in the connected worlds of business and design. Her creative magic brings bold ideas to life. A collector of books and a social animal who loves meeting new people.

Founder/ Strategy
A multidisciplinary hustler working at the intersection of business, design, and technology to help make this world a better place. The glue that connects stories and ideas, and accelerate teams from concept to execution. Previously a Physiotherapist in Canada, his clinic Physio for the People was a playground to redesign the clinical experience. He began his entrepreneurial journey in elementary school and believes profits are a side effect of building what people want.

Art Direction / Design
No vision is ever too big or impossible. Tainá can make complex ideas and data sets seem simple and look beautiful. She loves color, typography and is motivated by creating visually intriguing images – both still and moving. From inception to completion, Tainá brings the strengths of the team together to stretch the boundaries of a creative vision. In her spare time, you can find her tackling a good crafty project, from gelatin sculptures to painting new furniture.

Bruce blends design disciplines, crafting ideas into powerful experiences, always chasing that indescribable feeling you get when immersed by particularly exceptional film or music. He believes that design is, at its essence, well organized thoughts. Favorite snack is a scotch egg.

Always looking for the right light to create fantastic imagery, Sebastian is the Kreatives’ eagle-eyed photographer and videographer. When behind a camera, he never runs out of energy, drawing it from the creative process and searching for the perfect angle. A true photographer in heart and mind. If he isn’t in our studio or on set, you might spot him prowling the streets of Munich or New York with his trusty camera.

Illustration / Design
Living in a world of colors and textures, Julie brings both simple and complex ideas to life. In order to humanize information for the people, she finds a balance between aesthetics and minimalism in her illustrations.
A deep passion for all things print led her on a mission to create the label ‘Oh, the Colour!’ a playful stationery brand with products to brighten anyone's day.

Marcel is a video editing wizard. He fell in love with film and music at a young age which led him to study audiovisual media. He combines his passion for both mediums to create engaging commercials, short films and music videos. Marcel is ready to help clients and brands tell their stories through video and sound.
